Someone asked:

I have tried reading the work of Aristotle and I found it to be kind of hard. The philosophy of Spinoza was much more easier and I was able to understand it, but I still want books that will give me a general outlook of philosophers and their philosophies, in which I’d be then able to understand their work through itself with ease.

asked:

Perhaps it is not an original idea since there are books based on the philosophy of Star Trek and on comic books made simplified. O what is the publishing industry getting at these days?

Alas, are we all idiots babbling about lovin’ on V. Day? Il est fou, ce mec!
wow, the first answer is great. Hopefully more will follow. I started reading a book on Bob M. and the Wailers (Bunny and Peter Tosh) before they got famous.

I left the book back in Puerto Rico but hopefully my son, Roberto Luis, will bring it when he comes to Connecticut on Thursday.

BTW, I usually start the day listening to , dancing to , playing the drums to, and singing along with Bob.

I’d prefer an audio book because I’m lazy, but more importantly, something that isn’t so broad that it is philosophy in a nutshell.

Æ asked:

It has to pertain to philosophy in some way (I can get creative if I need to) and I think I want to read a book dealing with a Utopian type society. I’ve already read The Giver and Brave New World and I enjoyed both of them. Are there any other books out there that deal with this sort of abstract Utopian concept and might keep a junior entertained?
