Is it fair to say that a feminist is someone who subscribes to “feminism” philosophy?

Sum1 on here said that “anti feminists subscribe to a philosophy against some thing positive”, which I thought was ridiculous as from what I’ve seen they don’t even call themselves anti-feminists, feminists do. Whereas the same is not true for feminists who usually call themselves as such.
You could quite easily describe “feminism philosophy as either a good or bad thing- equality/man ****.
