What is the philosophy of the 21st Century college student?
Thursday, August 30th, 2007Rolando from southern California asked:
Through developements in culture, people went to college for different reasons. College students in the sixties were concerned about world peace, making the world a better place, and racial equality; the next decade was more concerned about aquiring skills for better paying positions in the work force and to make more money; very self-absorbed. What has been the developement since, and is there a solidified idea or notion about the philosophy for the college student today? (please note-apologies for any inaccuracires; any corrections are welcome and appriciated)
