Hello,

If anyone has any good suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Destiny asked:

My teacher graded my philosophy paper and said I had the wrong idea of a philosopher on his thoughts of **** (I said that the philosopher was neutral on rape, but the philosopher was really against rape). He then said I had an “gross misunderstanding”.

Was he insulting me? Was he saying I was “disgusting” to have thought that?

egocentric_loner asked:

I’m just wondering if my worldview is similar to any officially recognized philosophy: nothing is worth fighting for, struggling for, striving for, suffering for, living for, dying for. I would give up all the possible good just to avoid any possible bad. I would give up the ability to feel anything at all ever again, just to never have to feel anything unpleasant ever again. If I have to take the bad with the good, I don’t want either. And my view on life in general is: can we just get this over with? Is that similar to an officially recognized philosophy?
