Will the Republicans ever admit their philosophy results in failure?
Thursday, January 31st, 2008What we are currently experiencing economically is a direct result of a failed philosophy exposed by the likes of Greenspan, Reagan, Norquist, Rove, “W” and Cheney.
Cheney once said after he fired Paul O’Neil, Bush’s first Treasury Secretary, that deficits don’t matter.
He fired Paul O’Neil because he disagreed with Bush’s tax cuts for the rich. He thought they would balloon the deficit.
O’Neil was right, his party was wrong.
